Vivo launched its new smartphone vivo v29e on 28th August 2023. As we know v series is known for its display, camera, and looks. Ans v29e is also on the same path. Vivo mostly targets users who want a good camera phone.
Design: Vivo V29e has a 3d curved display in the front and a 3d curved glass back design. At the top left, there are 2 camera circles. It comes with a dual rear camera setup. On hand, it looks very slim. It has a 7.57 mm thickness and weighs around 178.8 gm which is good.
In the back, it has a dual texture finish. which creates a diamond pattern that looks good. V29e comes with 2 color options Artistic Red and Artistic Blue.
Display: Vivo v29e has a 6.78” inch FHD+ Amoled curve display which supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and 300 Hz touch sampling rate. At first look, I was very impressed with the display, I mean with a thin chin and bezels it looks amazing. I can say One of the best-curved display in this price range.
Performance: As I said v series is known for its camera, design, and display. Other than these it remains average. That same happens with vivo v29e. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 which is based on 6nm.
After testing I can say, If you are looking to buy a phone for high-performance tasks or gaming then this phone is not for you. Yes, you can play games like BGMI at 40 fps in basic settings.
Yes, if it performs well on normal tasks like web browsing, and using social media apps and video streaming.
There is one more drawback of this phone, normally in this price range, you will get stereo speakers, but it has mono speakers.
Battery: This phone has a 5000 mAh battery, which performs well in day-to-day life. I used this phone for 1 day and it easily survived 1 day which included tasks like emailing, browsing, and video streaming.
You can charge this phone using a 44-watt charger which is included in the box. Which charges the phone from 0% to 100% in around 47 minutes which is good.
Camera: The camera is the highlight of VIVO V29e. It has a dual rear camera 64 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera.
