Motorola launched the new Moto Edge 40 Neo on 21st September in India. This is a lower version of the recently launched Motorola Moto Edge 40
. This new smartphone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 chipset.
In hand, it feels premium though it has a plastic body. In front, there is energy glass protection and for the back, there are 2 options vegan leather or PMAA plastic. I personally prefer Vegan leather because of its premium look.
It has a 6.55” P-Oled display with 144hz refresh rate. You can increase brightness up to 1300 Nits which is good in this price range. The Edge 40 Neo supports hdr 10+ and comprehensive wine L1. It has the same display as the Moto Edge 40, a bright display with good colors. And at the same time, the chin and bezels are also very slim.
It has a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC based on 6nm. This phone is giving around 5 lakh antutu score. You can play games like BGMI and COD in medium settings.
The good thing is it has all types of sensors. If we talk about the battery then it has a 5000 mAh battery which you can recharge using a 68-watt fast charger. The phone is 5G and it has 14 bands of support, almost all of which are supported in India.
It has a dual camera setup of 50 Mp main camera + 13 Mp ultra-wide camera with auto focus supports which means it will also work as a macro camera. Motorola is improving their phones day by day and camera quality is also getting better.
In front there is a 32 MP selfie camera, it captures images with good details and color. No complains.
Edge Neo 40 will be available in 2 variants of 8 GB – 128 GB and 12 GB – 256 GB 8 GB variant will be available at 23,999₹ and the 12 GB model will be available at 25,999₹ in India.
Now Let’s check out other specifications of this smartphone.
